We have some big news! 🎉
Tether has been accepted to Pioneer’s summer 22 batch, which kicks off today.
This is another big step for us as a company as we continue to make the best feedback tool we can.
A special thanks to all our early supporters and adopters, we wouldn't be here without you!
Interested in what we've been working on lately? Check out our Changelog here.
If you’ve trialed Tether in the past and want to give it another go feel free to email me directly (dan@tethered.dev) or reach out in Slack. I’ll get you hooked up with another trial + an extra surprise for being an early adopter.
This is just the beginning!

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to reinstall or regenerate a new script tag to use Tether 2.0?
Nope! In order to use Tether 2.0 all you need to do is navigate to the settings page for a project, and toggle the “Disable legacy UI” switch to ‘off’.
How do guests work?
Guests makes working with clients, consultants and external parties easier than ever. Guests are added on a per-project basis. Guests can only view and comment on feedback they have submitted. Guests cannot log in to the Tether dashboard.
Does Tether 2.0 work on mobile?
Yes, Tether works wherever you do. You can access Tether on any browser and device type.
Can I use the original Tether widget on newly created projects?
Yes! Since you were onboarded when the Tether widget was our main product, you have lifetime access. You will need to navigate to the settings page for a project, and to toggle the switch ‘on’ to enable the legacy UI
I would rather continue to use the original Tether widget, can I do that?
Yes! No action required from your end.
You mentioned you added free seats to my account, how does that work?
This means you can add 3 additional team members at no additional cost. I know, pretty sweet. If you have any questions about this, feel free to reach out via email to dan@tethered.dev or in our Slack community.
How does the Chrome extension work?
The Chrome extension has stayed exactly the same. You can still let users report feedback using the extension on any of your projects. You will see this feedback in the Tether 2.0 side menu as well. In order for users to see feedback in the side menu, you will need to add them to your team from the team settings page.
